Camila Batmanghelidjh (1963–2024) was the visionary behind Kids Company and the inspiration for our work. We carry forward her life’s mission by creating spaces of dignity and compassion for children and families. Her belief in radical love and creativity as tools for recovery continues to guide us. Though she is no longer with us, her spirit lives on in the countless lives she touched. Today, our dedicated team honours her legacy by turning that vision into daily action.

Our organisation honours and evolves the legacy of Camila Batmanghelidjh and KIDS COMPANY by creating transformative spaces of radical love, creativity, and community for vulnerable children and families. Grounded in therapeutic care, our work nurtures emotional well-being, raises aspirations, and provides joyful experiences that every childhood should have.
Every child deserves more than survival — they need joy, belonging, and the freedom to dream. Yet today, there is a growing gap in creative and aspirational spaces for children. CAMILA'S meets this need with holistic, child-centred support: access to the arts, education, sports, food programmes, and community celebrations — all underpinned by practical and therapeutic care.
We believe every child has the fundamental right to a safe, healthy, and happy childhood, as recognised by the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC), which proclaims that childhood is entitled to special care and assistance. For children to flourish fully and harmoniously, they must grow in an environment of love, happiness, and understanding.
